About

Kati Hampton, BCND, BSN

A woman with brown hair smiling, standing in front of shelves filled with bottles and containers, crossing her arms, wearing a pink eyelet blouse, jewelry, and a gold watch.

I’m a board-certified doctor of naturopathy with a nursing background, but more than that, I am someone who understands what it feels like to want answers and not receive them. Years ago, I was told that by the age of thirty I would most likely be limited, tired, and unable to live fully. I remember sitting with that information and thinking no. That is not going to be my story.

Like most people, my path into natural wellness was built on twists turns and stubborn hope. My own health struggles were the beginning. Caring for loved ones through illness shaped me too. Along the way I learned one very important lesson. When the body speaks and no one listens, life becomes harder than it needs to be. Natural medicine showed me that there is a way forward, we just have to know where to look.

What I believe

Your body is not random.
Your symptoms are not failures.
Your energy and emotions matter more than you have been told.

I believe the body communicates through patterns.

Tiredness, digestion shifts, irritability, anxiety, cycle changes, brain fog, heaviness in the chest, that feeling like you are not yourself anymore. These are signals. They’re not your identity. They’re messages waiting to be understood.

My work is to help you hear what your body has been trying to say.
