A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO CARE
The way I practice is collaborative.
You know your body and your experiences better than anyone. My role is to listen carefully, ask good questions, and bring the clinical tools and training that can help us make sense of what may be going on.
Rather than focusing on one symptom at a time, I look at patterns in how the body is functioning. That can include physical symptoms, stress patterns, environmental influences, and the emotional side of health.
From there, we talk through options and decide together what feels like a reasonable and supportive next step.
Many people who find their way here have already tried several different things and still feel like they do not have clear answers. Part of my work is helping organize the pieces so the overall picture becomes easier to understand.
Kati Hampton, BCND, BSN, CHHP, CCHS is a Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy and registered nurse with a background in cardiovascular critical care and community health. Her clinical experience in conventional medicine gave her a deep respect for the complexity of the human body and the importance of looking beyond symptoms alone.
For the past five years, Kati has worked with clients using naturopathic principles, homeopathy, herbal medicine, and energy based approaches to support the body as a whole. Homeopathy has also been part of her personal life since childhood, giving her both professional and lived experience with this style of care.
Her work brings together naturopathic consultation, homeopathic remedies, herbal support, frequency based biofeedback, and energetic balancing. Rather than focusing on one symptom at a time, she looks at patterns across the physical, emotional, and environmental factors that may be influencing how the body is functioning.
Kati practices in rural Northeast Oklahoma, where she sees clients from her clinic and also works with individuals virtually across the country.
Naturopathic Principles and Approach
First, do no harm
Focus is on therapies that support the body and begin with the least invasive and least toxic options. If your situation would be better served by another type of care, I will always guide you toward the appropriate referral.
Healing power of nature
Our bodies are part of nature, and they have a natural ability to repair and rebalance when the conditions are right. In my practice, I use natural therapies to support that process and help the body move back toward balance. The goal is not to force the body to change, but to give it the support it needs so it can function the way it was designed to.
Identify & treat the root cause
Understanding what may be contributing to a symptom pattern is an important first step. During our work together, we take the time to look at the bigger picture so we can better understand what might be influencing how your body is functioning.
