Services & Appointments
Q: How do I book a session?
A: Just click any “Schedule” button on the site and you’ll be taken to my secure booking portal through Practice Better. You’ll choose your session, fill out your info, and get access to all the details you need before your appointment.
Q: Do you offer virtual sessions?
A: Yes. Most of my services are available virtually including Integrated Wellness Sessions, Reiki, and at-home biofeedback programs. All you need is a quiet space and a phone or computer.
Q: How long are sessions?
A: Most sessions are 45 to 60 minutes.
Q: What if I’m not sure which session is right for me?
A: No problem. Just send me a message — I’m happy to help guide you.
Q: Do you see women only?
A: My focus is primarily on women’s health, since that’s where I’ve seen the greatest need for this kind of care. But my practice is not limited to women. I also work with men and children, and I’m happy to support your family using the same training, insight, and individualized approach I bring to every session.

Q: What is an Integrated Wellness Session?
A: It’s my signature offering. You’ll receive a personalized energetic scan, an energy-balancing session, and customized natural remedies. It’s a full-body, full-self experience that addresses physical and emotional patterns at once.
Q: What is biofeedback?
A: Biofeedback uses your voice and facial patterns to analyze energetic stress in your body. The scan compares your frequencies to optimal ones and gives you clear insight into where your system is out of sync.
Q: How does energy healing work over distance?
A: Energy isn’t limited by location. Distance Reiki uses intention and connection to help bring your energy field back into alignment. Clients often report feeling lighter, calmer, or more focused even from states away.
Homeopathy & Natural Remedies
Q: What is homeopathy?
A: Homeopathy is a form of natural medicine that uses ultra-diluted substances to support your body’s own ability to shift and balance. It’s gentle, safe, and deeply personalized to your symptoms and energetic patterns.
Q: Is this the same as supplements or herbs?
A: No, homeopathy works on an energetic level, while herbs and supplements support the body nutritionally. I may recommend all three based on your needs.
Q: How are remedies chosen?
A: Your scan, symptoms, and emotional patterns help guide remedy selection. I match each client to homeopathic or vibrational remedies that support the specific stress points showing up in your system.
Payment & Logistics
Q: Do you take insurance?
A: I do not accept insurance, but I do accept HSA/FSA cards and all major debit/credit cards through my secure booking system.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Life happens, and I understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24-hour’s notice so I can offer that time to someone else who may be waiting. Missed appointments without notice will incur a $25 no-show fee.
Q: Is this HIPAA-compliant?
A: Yes. All client information, communication, and scheduling are handled through secure platforms like Practice Better.
