The Wellness Triangle: Physical, Mental, and Energetic Health
Most people think health is about what you eat and how often you work out. Maybe stress relief gets thrown in there too. But what if I told you there is a whole side of health most plans completely miss?
True wellness happens when your physical body, mental state, and energetic system are all supported. Picture it like a triangle. If one side is out of sync, the whole thing feels unstable. That is why I use what I call the Wellness Triangle in my work. It is a simple but powerful way to check in with what your body and mind really need.
Let’s walk through each part and how to know if something is out of balance.
Physical Health: The Foundation Everyone Talks About
You already know this part: eating well, moving your body, staying hydrated, and sleeping enough. But physical health is not just about doing all the “right” things. It is about listening to your body and adjusting with what works for you.
Some key areas I check in on with clients:
Are you eating foods that give you energy instead of crashing you?
Is your movement routine sustainable or burning you out?
Do you give yourself permission to rest or feel guilty every time you slow down?
Physical health matters. But without the other two sides of the triangle, it is not the full picture.
Mental Health: The Stress You Are Probably Carrying
Even when we eat clean and move regularly, unprocessed stress can make us feel heavy, anxious, or totally shut down. I see this all the time in women who say they are doing everything right but still feel overwhelmed or exhausted.
Mental wellness is not just about managing anxiety. It includes:
Knowing how to decompress after emotional overload
Creating boundaries that protect your peace
Taking quiet time without feeling selfish
When your mind is supported, your body works better. And when your energy field is clear, that is where real shifts happen.
Energetic Health: The Missing Piece No One Talks About
This is the piece most people have never been taught to consider. But your body is made of energy and that energy can get stuck.
Old emotions, trauma, or even day-to-day stress can create blocks that drain your energy, fog your mind, or show up as physical tension. That is where energetic support comes in.
What helps clear those blocks?
Reiki is one of my favorite tools. It is a gentle, non-invasive way to rebalance the body’s energy system. Most people leave a session feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.

Another option I use in my practice is frequency medicine, which uses subtle, specific vibrations to support the body’s natural balance. Think of it like tuning your system back into harmony.
Energetic health is the side of the triangle that often brings everything else into alignment.
Bringing It All Together: Your Wellness Triangle Check-In
If you have been feeling stuck, drained, or disconnected from your body, it might be time to check all three sides of the triangle.
Ask yourself:
Physical: Am I nourishing, moving, and resting in a way that supports me?
Mental: Am I protecting my peace and making space for mental rest?
Energetic: Do I feel like myself or like something is just not flowing?
The truth is, you do not need to be perfect in every area. But when even one side of the triangle gets some attention, everything else starts to shift too.
Want Support Balancing All Three?
This is exactly what I help with in my naturopathic consultations and Integrated Wellness Sessions. Whether you need emotional clarity, energetic support, or help figuring out what your symptoms are trying to tell you, we will look at the full picture and create a plan that actually makes sense.
If you are ready to feel lighter, more energized, and more in tune with your body, I would love to work with you. You can schedule or learn more about our services here.
You do not have to choose between science and soul. This is where both come together.
